Fleet Master Seahorn is a level 60 quest giver located on the top floor of the Salty Sailor Tavern in Booty Bay within the contested territory of Stranglethorn Vale. He is in charge of knowing where all vessels of the Blackwater Raiders currently are located.

He starts the following quests:
