Tips & Tricks

Functionality

The Seal of Justice will stun the enemy about 4-5 times a minute, although the stun is random and not controlled. There are diminishing returns with multiple uses of the stun, with the target becoming immune after the third.

Judgement

This seal's judgement, Judgement of Justice, is very useful to stop runners, especially in tight areas such as in the Scarlet Monastery. Judging the first rank of this seal does not do anything in PvP. However, the second rank, obtained at level 48, limits the movement speed of the judged player and is not considered a movement impairing effect, meaning acts such as shape shifting and Blessing of Freedom will not remove it. This prevents a player from going above their normal run speed. Thus, for instance, a Druid who is affected by the Judgement will not go any faster than the normal run speed if they shift into Travel Form, a Rogue who uses Sprint will receive no speed boost, and any player riding a mount will receive no speed bonus from doing so.
