This is auto-looted from 
The Lich King by a wielder of [Shadowmourne] when they click on the corpse and have The Lich King's Last Stand in their quest log.

Notes
- The Sealed Chest will only be lootable by the Shadowmourne wielder, but may appear for each wielder if there are more than one.[1]
