The Second Burning Legion Invasion (often shortened simply to "Second Invasion") is the latter half of the conflict usually called "The Third War"; essentially, the part of the Third War from Archimonde's summoning at Dalaran to his fall at Mount Hyjal. The term "Second Invasion" is often used in the lore, specifically when refering to demons or night elves, who fought in the First Invasion (War of the Ancients).
