The Secret Safe is a chest that appears after defeating Watchman Doomgrip in the Coffer Room of Blackrock Depths. In order to force Doomgrip to appear, you must open all 12 lockers in the room. This requires 12 Relic Coffer Keys which are non-bindable drops in Blackrock Depths.

It will also contain [The Heart of the Mountain] for people on the quest  [55] The Heart of the Mountain which starts with Maxwort Uberglint at Flame Crest in the Burning Steppes.
