Seer Wiserunner is a level 11 quest giver located in a cave north of the Bael'dun Digsite in the tauren starting zone of Mulgore. He is an elder of the tauren who lives away from others so he can meditate easier. He gives Mark of the Wild buff, but does not have a mana bar.
He starts the quest
