Seradane [63, 21] is an area in northeastern part of The Hinterlands which houses one of the four entrances to the Emerald Dream. Many high-level elite green dragons make their home here, including the drakes Rothos and Dreamtracker.
One of the Dragons of Nightmare (Emeriss, Lethon, Taerar, or Ysondre) may also appear here.
The skull of an unknown dragon is also to be found lying on top of a hill slightly to the north of the portal.
Another point to note is that similar faced stones surrounding this skull can also be found making up a couple of the Circles of Binding in the Arathi Highlands, namely the Circle of East Binding and Circle of Outer Binding.
