Sergeant Hartman is a level 60 quest giver located in Southshore in the contested territory of Hillsbrad Foothills. He is only available during the annual Hallow's End event.
His name appears to be a reference to Gunnery Sergeant Hartman, the sadistic drill instructor played by R. Lee Ermey in the film Full Metal Jacket.
