Arthelias, the warrior

The legends says that with the draenic Exodar came one of the greatest warriors ever seen on the face of Azeroth. He dedicated his life to become grand marshal, and to become the leader of his people. Even though he knew this was less likely to happen, he still tried his best, and his adventures was spoken about in every single tavern in Azeroth. He became requested, and soon, Prophet Velen personally sent Arthelias on the ultimate quest. When he spoke to prophet Velen right before his exit to the frozen northrend continent, Prophet Velen said "You are a mighty warrior, and you would make a great leader of our people. One day in the future, when I am old and weak, I will make sure you become our leader, IF you can put an end to the lord of evil". It was these words that made Arthelias travel to northrend to seek out Arthas, and the frozen throne.

Confronting the Lich king

Arthelias made it to the frozen throne, and now stood face to face with the death knight Arthas. The shivers went down Arthelias' back when he saw the ice cold eyes of Arthas, the leader of the undead scourge. Arthas was amazed to see that Arthelias had made it this far, and ordered his minions to stand back. The lich king said "You, who have traversed the world to become the leader of the Draenei. You, who might be the deadliest warrior in all of Azeroth. You, the protector of the alliance. You, WHO WILL DIE BY MY SWORD, FROOSTMOOOUUURNE!", The words that has been written down and and which is the most famous quote ever. Arthas continued "I have heard many fairytales about a mighty Draenei warrior which became the frontfigure in the battle against my scourge, you must be him". Arthelias said nothing, nevertheless, he understood that he was the one in the 'fairytales' Arthas spoke of.

The gift of the Naaru

Arthelias knew he was not as powerful as Arthas, but that was not going to stop him. Arthelias quickly pulled out a small knife and threw it in hope of hitting the evil leader. The knife stopped in mid air and fell to the ground. Arthelias then charged him, and a fight of the most epic proportions had started. What exactly happened during the fight is not known, but when they had been fighting for several minutes, Arthelias was strucken to the ground, heavily damaged by the frostmourne. He then called upon the gift of the Naaru which renewed his strenght and gave him just enough power to stand up, raise his blade, and stab the Lich king, who had turned around and was walking away, in the back, and through the heart. No sound could be heard when he stabbed him. Everything froze, and not long after, the mountains around them was shaking. Arthelias pulled out the blade, and the Lich king laid dead before him. His minions, which now was in hundreds around him, fell dead to the ground. The legends says that Arthelias, instead of claiming ownership of the frostmourne, took the sword, and threw it down the nearby cliff. He then shouted so loud that he created an avalanche which covered the sword by snow.
