Cho'gall (PvP, US)

History

Cho'gall came online for the first time on October 19th, 2005 along with Kael'thas (PvE) and Kirin Tor (RP-PvE).

Population Imbalance

The number of Horde players greatly outweigh the Alliance players on Cho'gall. On September 9th, 2009 a new guild called The Resistance was formed to help balance the numbers. With over 1000 members in only a few days, it has become the largest known reroll guild on US servers. The ratio of Horde to Alliance players on the realm has dropped from 14:1 to 5.8:1 during this time.
