Emerald Dream is one of the original PvE servers launched when World of Warcraft was released in Europe; the name stems from the verdant realm of the Dragon Aspect Ysera. Guilds focus primarily on PvE progression. According to the Official Server Status page, the realm is currently full.
- Alliance-side, there's a guild for everyone from casuals still in Karazhan to more heavier guilds who are clearning The Sunwell. There is a dense Alliance population on this server which attracts all sorts of people from younger children to older generations. It's unfortunately not without it's own share of Goldsellers.
- Horde-side there is a strong community feeling between those that manage to cling on here. It's like a small island where everyone knows the others business. This community finds part of it's home in the lively unofficial forums. Even those that have moved away stil visit, hungry for a sense something that they can't find elsewhere.
