Summary
Hellfire is one of the newest realms in Europe, having started when The Burning Crusade was released. The Gates of AQ were opened by Phantas Magoria on the 7th of July (07/07/07). Like all new servers, Hellfire has a large amount of low level players, but unlike other new servers, most of these players have played WoW before. Therefore Hellfire has a more mature level of players than other new servers.
Guilds of Hellfire
Raiding guilds on Hellfire are now very well established. On the Alliance side the more noteworthy, or longest standing, are Dissidence, Tre Lowen, Flux, Flinter Spaction, Valorous and Sylvan Shadows. The Horde side's more prominent guilds are Stercus Accidit, A Necessary Evil, Signum Temporis, Enigma, Orbis Tetrius and Santa Maria.
