As of the Patch 4.1 notes, we know that the Zandalari are now being led by the prophet Zul, NOT Rastakhan. Since Zul is now leading the Zandalar, it wouldn't make sense for Rastakhan to represent them at the meeting, would it?

This has no basis in any inside knowledge but how do we know Zul isn't [[Deathwing]] or some other powerful non-troll agent. Whats going on here isn't wholely unlike what Deathwing did during [[Day of the Dragon]] to the [[Alliance of Lordaeron]].
