Snaga Skychaser Edit

Description Edit

Snaga is 83 years old, 8' 4", and 408 lbs. He has ice blue eyes, grey and white fur with a black mane that is braided into two braids. He also has a beard that is braided. The wrinkles on his face show his age and the wear-and-tear of a battle-hardened warrior. He is often seeing wearing his Skyshatter Regalia as it is one of his most prize possessions though he has lost his Skyshatter Gauntlets and has replaced them with Gauntlets of the Ancient Shadowmoon.

Personality Edit

Snaga is a wise Shaman with an interest in the history of Azeroth and Outlands. He is especially knowledgeable about the Battle for Mount Hyjal since he was there. He is also very knowledgeable about how to commune with the Elemental Spirits and is very capable in both healing his comrades and damaging his enemies.

Snaga is slow to anger but does have a fiery temper so it's best to not pester him too much. He will give fair warning and it's best to heed the advice. Mostly he is kind and is often the first to give benefit of the doubt to a person and tries not only to understand their side but also feel it. He is typically very reserved and he tends to study the people around them before saying and doing too much.

Snaga enjoys fishing as well as reading. He is usually willing to talk to anyone that is capable of holding his interest.

History Edit

Snaga was born into the Skychaser tribe, destined to become a shaman. Growing up he had always admired the older shaman and aspired to become great when his time came. Though his training was tough, he endured and became well-known among his peers and mentors. During his training he met a girl whom he had become smitten with. They had become friends during the course of the training, but Snaga wanted to further their relationship. As skilled as he was working with the elements, he was completely opposite when it came to this girl. The girl took notice of his clumsy attraction to her and soon started to make excuses to spend time with him. Snaga loved the attention, but even though he eventually became comfortable around her, he could never work up the courage to further the relationship.

The friendship went on this way for a few years until finally he built up the courage to ask her for a date. She said yes and they had an amazing first date. They continued dating for a number of years, deeply in love, but never getting married. When Snaga left his tribe to head to war the couple promised themselves to each other while they were separated.

He was never good at keeping in touch during the war. He lost contact not only with his tribe, but also with his girl. She, fearing Snaga was dead or had forgotten about her, reluctantly moved on and began a relationship with another man. She went on to live a happy life and raise a family, but always had a part of her that yearned for Snaga. After the Third War was finally over, he came back for her, but on his way through Thunder Bluff towards their village he saw her and her children out shopping. He had lost who became the love of his life.

He stayed a combatant for many years until war finally took its toll. For a long while he had been alone, yearning for a love like he used to have. Nearing the end of his times as a combatant, he met a Blood Elf paladin named Almárëa. Due to the respect they built on the battlefield for each others abilities, they slowly became friends outside of combat. Recently, the relationship has deepened; even though they have admitted to loving one another, neither has been fully willing to place a "tag" on their relationship.

Lost Love (Again) Edit

Snaga and Almárëa parted ways. Snaga took it very hard, even delving into unusual self-pity and public drunkenness. He eventually came around but found himself lost without Almárëa. He decided to occupy his time by delving into his favorite past time of studying the history of Azeroth, Outlands, and anywhere else his studies might lead him.

Extras Edit

Snaga has disappeared as far as anyone knows. No one has heard from him in months.

He's Back! Edit

Snaga had reappeared in another dimension. He's eager to continue the fight against evil and is looking forward to finding out what is causing Azeroth's seismic activity.
