Famous Forum Identities

• Balthizar- Forum alt used by Bygnomeans. He is a friendly conversationalist troll. He rarely flames and often derails in the course of actual discussion. He has many characters and often posts under Bygnomeans or Fadahara.

• Dance- Originally a member of the guild Katsuchiyo, he went on to found <Cant PVP>. He is most famous for the running slogan he coined, "On behalf of the Board of Commerce and Tourism, welcome to Nathrezim" which was originally tagged to the end of an official-sounding humorous post of his. His slogan is now commonly used where sayings such as "pvp happened" have now become popular in its stead. He currently plays on Terrokar.

• Jemma- A female mage from Synergy who was a cheerful type of Nathrezim forum troll, and who supposedly thrived on her amount of posts. She enjoyed more of the social aspects of the game, and liked spending time with the Synergy crew. She has two sons who still play on the server, but she herself has quit the game.

• Luminaire- Feral druid generally recognized as able in PvP combat. Forced to use his girlfriend's account to post on the forums because his account has been banned.

• Penguinator- Human warrior, and quite possibly the youngest player to participate in forum threads. His posts are notoriously excited-sounding, grammatically error-prone, cheerful, and seemingly lacking in any thought whatsoever. Recently returned to the Nathrezim after some said he quit WoW. Created the guild "Hellpenguins." LookingForGroup spammer and thought to be on many people's ignore lists. He has been banned from World of Warcraft Nathrezim Realm Forums as of May 12, 2009. Penguinator can be seen regularly on Nathrezim usually on Penguinator or his new main Penguinatorr. It has been discovered that he spams his realm forums in waves. For example, Penguinator creates multiple threads usually pertaining to the adding of his myspace and other useless, grumbling threads. It has been discovered that his ban is only temporary and on the 19 of May, he will once again continue to plague Nathrezim forums. Let it be noted that in a quick "interview" with Penguinator via. Ventrilo, he claims," No I don't do paint chips like all you #$^@#$% think, I just enjoy pissing you all off" and that he claims his age to be 14 rather than the 9-12 year old attitude he portrays. Penguinator has been playing on Nathrezim since launch and will continue to plague Nathrezim until he is be banned.

• Rectangle- Alliance dwarf shadow priest. Generally viewed as an easy guy to get along with. Was a regular forum personality for a while. Considered a good guy/player and funny by some, and annoying by others.

• Serabi- Alliance gnome warrior. Very knowledgeable about his class and where and what items drop where. Known to raid while alt tabbing to WoWWiki constantly.

• Sweetums- Alliance gnome warlock. Claimed to have only one arm when he was kicked out of the guild, Vox Novus. Is often criticized by both Alliance and Horde, so much that even guilds have been created with names that mock him. He is also known for severely lacking skill in PVP.

• Sypha- Originally an undead rogue, his self-exalting and elitist personality on the forums allegedly made his time in-game more difficult, driving him (in his words, he had an epiphany) to reroll as an anonymous (ironic, as he was previously praised for not hiding behind alts when insulting others) alliance character. After accidentally responding using his new main character in a thread directed to his forum identity, he announced and confirmed his new character's name (Sypha). He was known to say phrases along the lines of "I am the best non-60 rogue on the server," and it took him a very long time to reach 60 indeed. He often hailed Alphamage as the greatest rogue.

• Talith- A very early forum troll. "Hijacked" the original Welcome sticky on the Nathrezim forums with Bringo and Jemma.

• Thedreadlord- Male human warrior whose main style of posting appears to consist entirely of insults (whether people or things). His humor is often considered shallow and/or baseless. He is disliked by many players of Nathrezim, including Luminaire (See above). He has made several rants of harassing people on the forums, and in-game. He has often harassed "Ashlea" in-game, as well as "Schnitzelman". His nemesis was thought to be Penguinator, who always yelled unintelligible insults and taunts at him.

Famous Characters

• Celeross- Originally named "Gumjob," this paladin's name was forcibly changed by GMs when he was between the levels of 20 and 30. During this time, he became an active participant on the forums and IRC, and was notably hostile toward members of his own faction. By so, even camping them in the arena for as long as he could. His humorous role playing-like attitude and comments regarding Uther and The Light are much a part of his recognized image. He often associated with the player Puck. Also was a prominent member of the early guild "Pirates of the Willy Goat".

• Fanahunter- Chinese farmer who farmed the "gold coin" in Maraudon 24/7. He once helped fund the greatest guild on the server, <The Buffalo Inn>.

• Jast- Male alliance druid that spent a lot of time in the lower level battleground brackets before leveling up. He is now frequently run into in the Barrens, Ashenvale, and Stonetalon Mountains attacking the resident players, allegedly to attract the attention of higher levels. In the event that multiple arrive, he utilizes stealth and tracking to pick them off individually as they split up. Generally recognized as skilled in PvP combat.

• Puck- Often around Celeross, supposedly the two lived near each other. He was involved in a situation regarding a character being played on another person's account that was deleted, and disenchanted Whitelotus' equipment in front of him. His personality led him to be generally disliked amongst some members of the alliance, and was considered humorous by others. He always stirred up trouble. Left the server with Celeross.

• Tabula- Rolled 3 mages, (rolled alliance, rerolled horde, rererolled alliance). Recognized as skilled in PvP combat. Currently playing Tabulä, a warrior on Horde.

Other Characters of Note

• Armadaunt- Former Furor/Monarch/Overlord of the public LFG channel before it was killed. R.I.P. Made games like the "Magic Word Game" and "Everyone Who Joins The Channel Gets Muted". Definately ignored and got lots of nasty tells. Still participates in trade spam.

• Ashlea- Female Night Elf Druid, she was recognised for conversing in the old Looking For Group channel before it was removed from the game. Rerolled as an Undead Rogue, Ashie. Recognized as old school by some players and still makes rare appearances on Ashlea to this day.

• Autopsy- Night elf rogue, fond of PvP. Participated on the Nathrezim forum somewhat.

• Biggie- First player on the server to loot Corrupted Ashbringer. Not active.

• Bungle- Recognized for his incessant talking in Blackwing Lair's general chatting channel.

• Coen- Founding guild master and night elf warrior of Obsidium. Not active.

• Crypler- Sheep loving warrior famous for his hamstringing ability.

• Cypress- Alliance human warrior; known for being late to PVE raids. Had a Thunderfury. Target of Juggernautx's "LOL DUAL WIELD" comments. Often traveled with healers.

• Daerlan- Guild leader of Elysiun. Obtained two legendaries and is considered obsessed with loot. Involved in drama having to do with him slapping a room mate, causing the well-known "D-slap heard around the world" and "You just got slapped like I was Daerlan" statements. Transfered off the server to raid with another further progressed guild.

• Dirka- #Nathrezeim IRC moderator. Currently "Shyam", alliance human warlock.

• Doorknob- Alliance gnome mage. Reached the highest 2v2 (2409) and 3v3 (2311) ratings on nathrezim with his frost mage partners Ronty and Swits in arena season 1.

• Haminy- Self-recognized ugliest gnome on the server.

• Healenyourbe- Dwarf priest infamous for his inability to heal while dead. If he could, he would be helpful for more than 1 minute/fight!

• Hunterofomeg- Human male warrior who was the incredible main tank for the "Nathrezim Allies". He was considered a kind, cool-headed player who, although picked on montly by Guildmates Leszi and Lundqvist, would rarely get mad for peoples' mistakes or provoking from others. Spent most of his time in the Burning Steppe mining (and killing farmers who mined his ore) because of enormous repair bills pre-BC. Currently spends less time on WoW because of work. Famous Quote: "Can I get a Fortitude?" (Hunterofomeg Remix).

• Kaiross- Human warrior otherwise known as "Mr. 1%" for his uncanny ability to die when the mob he was tanking, or the guild was fighting, was at 1%. Confirmed true, happened multiple times, especially on Razorgore the Untamed.

• Karmasuture - Alliance priest, known for several things but most prominently that he successfully tanked Sulfuron Harbinger at level 60 as a shadowpriest.

• Lickum- Former warrior and founding member of TheCore.

• Meeks- Female Gnome Mage. Is usually online upwards of 10 hours a day unless suspended for language policy violations. You can often find Meeks in trade chat spamming lyrics that range from "I kissed a girl" to Journey to Haddaway. Is also notable for selling ZA bear mounts until their removal in patch 3.0. Being such a modest player, Meeks will sometimes walk up to you and open trade to show you 50000 gold, followed by a /gloat.

• Mythrendir- Retired Alliance feral druid recognizable for his ability at PvE tanking. For a time he frequented the Gurubashi Arena with Capko. He would assist lower level players in PvP situations, often with Jonnyxtreme. Self-recognized as the "Guardian of Deadwind Pass," He had spent days there killing everything for his epic mount training.

• Oculus- Human Mage, very quiet and not very known. Always found dueling or world pvping. It's rumored he taught the future top mage, Doorknob, how to pvp effectively.

• Scrumptious- Gnome mage, he is best remembered for never actually be AT the keyboard.

• Sixten- Known for forming the all-hunter AB team, which performed well and almost beat Myrmidon Legion's team (which was considered one of the best). Didn't remain on the server for very long.

• Sole- Famous paladin from early history of Nathrezim, known for his drive to participate in PvP combat. Regarded by many horde as one of the most memorable paladins ever. He was last seen in Alterac Valley after the Paladin revision patch. He is remembered for the many epic Shaman/Paladin battles against Mattock. He has since rerolled elsewhere.

• Stonecold- Alliance "Test of Honor" contest winner. Also known as the "Angry Rogue."

• Tripod- Gnome Male Mage. One of the founding members of TheCore. Currently resides as the GM for Stack and Die.

• Whisperwolf- Night Elf Druid, Was in <Lost> and part of their Grand Marshal grind group along with Meister and Gladiator, played heavily in battlegroup and world pvp. Reached Commander Ranking, but quit Nathrezim before BC.

• Yanluowang- Widely disliked. Supposedly talked behind others' backs and pitted them against each other, and took every piece of loot that he could and always had to get his way. Also considered power-hungry, obsessed for attention, and a terrible player.
