Introduction
The Perenolde server is an "original release server" available since the launch of World of Warcraft in November of 2004. It has been heavily dominated by Alliance since its opening and Alliance currently enjoys a majority ratio of 6.2 to 1 vs Horde.
Perenolde raiding guilds were able to complete the end game content up through Black Wing Lair but the release of AQ40 stopped the Perenolde guilds, both Alliance and Horde, in their tracks. Similarly Perenolde went "O for Naxxramas" and the server as a whole has progressed very slowly through the new content available from the Burning Crusade expansion.
