An average line will look something like this:

CrafterList
The name of the used Template, again don't touch this.

a separation line, again, do not touch this.
Some Item
The name of the item that you can craft. Normally you shouldn't touch this, but if the item you can craft is missing and you feel it's rare and valuable you can crate a new line like the one shown above and you add your name on this spot, everything before and everything after it should be untouched, except for the name spaces.

Another separation line, this line, after the item, denotes the start of the Alliance column. Do not touch this
Some Alliance Dude, ...
Finally a spot where you can edit IF you are alliance. This is the place where you add your name if you can craft the item at the beginning of the line. Separate 2 names with a comma and try to order alphabetically.

The last separation line, this line, denotes the start of the Horde column. Do not touch this
