- Added Top 20 Endgame PvE Progression Chart. Might expand into Top 25. Added Epic/Rare crafted items chart and will have Rare Enchanting chart up in a few days. ~~ Jestor
- I like have a guild progression list, but ranking them doesn't seem a good idea to me. How about following the example on the Greymane page? http://www.wowwiki.com/Server:Greymane_US --ObiChad 15:28, 16 April 2007 (EDT)
- Removed {{Delete/Vote}}, since even silly servers deserve a server page. Be warned I'm doing random sweeps of changes on this page to look for vandals, so keep it clean. --Fandyllic 7:47 PM PDT 22 Apr 2006
- I recently restored the Alliance/Horde list and put them in order. Also added a few guilds to the Horde side. I suggest we take the neutrality banner and warning off but just keep an eye on the page. --Drain 8:53 AM PDT 13 Sep 2006
- I still see tons of non-NPOV issues and alot of bad writing (grammar and spelling-wise). Until some kind of cleanup happens, the neutrality warning stays. --Fandyllic 5:33 PM PDT 14 Sep 2006
- New to WoWwiki, but I added Frostshox, Thieve, and Toiletpaper to the famous Horde players list... As an Alliance player, they're the only Horde players I'm familiar with and hear people talking about, and didn't really see much reason for them not to be on the list. Feel free to edit what I said about them, but I think they should stay. --Xianny 11:58 AM PDT 05 Oct 2006
- Revised and rewrote, proofread and added links. Added a disclaimer above the "player" section about neutrality. Made a few formatting changes and added the battlegroup box. I think the neutrality and clean up banner can come off now--Drain 18:21, 24 January 2007 (EST)
Neutrallity
- Still constant personal attacks against players and guilds on this page, perhaps some drastic editing is needed --Kaso 05:39, 5 July 2006 (EDT)
- I've edited out anything that appears to be personal attacks, quite sweeping changes to Bring in line with WoWWiki:NPOV --Kaso 19:19, 7 July 2006 (EDT)
- You'll probably have to go through again. I will if I have time. As an admin, I fully support your effort. --Fandyllic 2:50 PM PDT 10 Jul 2006
- Seems like your page has a little bit of a problem with personal selling and defamatory comments about other users. If you like I'll go through the whole article and be rather harsh with the Neutrality launguage... --<Kiltek> blah / spam 08:14, 29 March 2007 (EDT)

Bans/Blocks
I did a sweep and ban/blocked a whole bunch of people based on various acts of vandalism. You can see the list at WoWWiki:Known vandals. The more you vandalize, the longer you'll get blocked. Sympathy = 0. --Fandyllic 2:49 PM PDT 10 Jul 2006
- If some users, like Thieve, would just leave out the unnecessary negative stuff like "What can be said about Kinetic. It gets from bad to worst." then bans wouldn't happen. Oh well. --Fandyllic 9:21 AM PDT 18 Jul 2006
- I have restored the Horde character list to the version just prior to 18:05, 9 August 2006, where some user called Azok came by and deleted every horde character other than himself and his friends. --A7244270 11:07, 28 August 2006
Revert
While I think creating a wiki for just your server is a great idea, I don't think you should wipe out this entire page just to force all traffic to go that wiki. You already have a link on the page. Move it to the top if you want. Just don't delete what everyone else has worked on. - ClydeJr 10:06, 28 July 2006 (EDT)
- It wasn't exactly my intent to leave it like that, actually to do that at all. I was more experimenting with editing, and the "Show Preview" button wasn't exactly what I had pushed. My apologies for that incident :) As for linking, I moved the community links to the top and added a small description of the wiki. -Piusx 05:22, 30 September 2006 (EDT)
Guild Progression
I'd like to agree on a way to number the guild progression so we don't all just keep changing back and forth. For me, if two people are tied for 1st, then the 3rd guild is 3rd, not second. So I have been numbering that way. For some others it seems like if two are tied for first then the 3rd guild is then second because seemingly someone has to be second. Being still somewhat new to wiki-editing, how do we come to an agreement on this? --ObiChad 18:35, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
I am also curious what we should do with the server progression list. The row colouring system makes it a pain to shuffle guilds up or down with ease. Currently the numbering for server progression is all out of whack. I was tempted to clean this up, but I would like to hear other peoples comments about how we should order, and number guilds who are at the same stage in the game? My thoughts are that we dont skip a position because multiple guilds are at the same level, only for ease of use.Angmar 17:06, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
- The Greymane server progression page has a slightly different way of doing it. Figured we could use another data point. The background colors are the same. It's separated by faction. And the order is purely alphabetical. http://www.wowwiki.com/Server:Greymane_US/Progression --ObiChad 17:09, 22 June 2007 (UTC)
- I do like the Greymane format for ease of editing. Having everything ordered alphabetically would hopefully leave out the ego ordering system. The only question would be Horde or Alliance first? :) Angmar 19:14, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- I did a search through about Battlegroup server and found a few using a similar format. http://www.wowwiki.com/Server:Terenas_US#Progression was the one I liked the best. I like that Karazhan is being left out of the main list. I do not say this to try to lessen the achievements of some guilds. However I am seeing Karazhan PUGs starting to form alliance side, and I do feel that in a couple months Karazhan will be viewed like UBRS. No server progression charts have General Drak on them. Angmar 20:15, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- I really like that example. From just reading your comment, I was a little annoyed that Kara would be left out completely, but that page you linked just had Kara in a different section, which I think is a great idea. Have one section for 25-mans and one section for 10-mans. Its an easier format to maintain. It lists alphabetically so there is no reorg/fighting over rank. Overall I'd say it's the one to follow. --ObiChad 01:57, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
I would like to move forward with the renovation of the guild progression section for Frostmane. I am curious what the best way to get buyin from the community would be. Im going to stick a note above the progression list and direct people to this talk page.Angmar 15:27, 28 June 2007 (UTC) -- Drain talk con 02:57, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry I'm late, it just occured to me to check the discussion. I like the style of our current chart but I like the bare bones content of the Terenas chart. Although leaving Kara out would be like leaving MC out pre-BC, let's leave it in for now. If there are no objections I'd like to strip the ranking, seperate Horde and Alliance and just alphetize the lists.--Drain 22:55, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
- Like this WoWWiki:Sandbox/18, I'll switch it to this on 1Jul07 unless you all hate it.--Drain 22:27, 29 June 2007 (UTC)
- I think one of the nice things about one of the previous links is that all the background colors are the same in a section, which makes for easier editing. I would prefer to new page to have that. --ObiChad 04:38, 30 June 2007 (UTC)
- The thing about the previous links is they use a template that I can't modify. I just want a column for Karazhan but they've got the fucking thing broken out into its own table with optional bosses, opera event, animals, etc. I'm trying to duplicate the style of their and keep the compact nature of ours. I'll through up what I have around 5pm Pacific --Drain 18:34, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
- I think we also need to think of the future. There will be more raid dungeons. The next one in line if you believe the rumours will be another 10 man dungeon for the 'casuals' to raid once they have gone through Karazhan. I would prefer to have two sections, one for 10 man instances and one for the 25 man. This will allow us to expand the list easier in the future. I was planning on throwing together something however I was out of town for the weekend, over the next couple of days I'd like to put together another option for us. I was going to use the theme and colour scheme of the link that I posted above. Angmar 20:52, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
- Now keep it updated!!! Post a link in Mishima's thread!! Aaaarrrgh!--Drain 21:47, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
I would like to go back to ordering alphabetically and not attempting to rank. I believe that is what we agreed to before on this page. I imagine the person who changed it didn't think to check the talk page. Thoughts? --ObiChad 23:47, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
- Reverted to the previous version. I was thinking about collapsing the guild list into the progession list itself by adding articles for each guild. At the very least, each article would just have the info from the original list and a link to their site. It looks like indenting breaks my sig. --Drain talk con 07:40, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
Craft List
I recently told my guild to put all of their craftables on this website. Actually the words I used were, "Let's take it over and use it for our own list." It actually worked, I encourage anyone reading this to do the same with their guild. -- Drain talk con 02:57, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
Related to this, what things should be listed on the craftables list? The Alchemy list right now is mostly a list of discoverable recipes. Would world drop recipes also be handy to list? --ObiChad 16:17, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
- Hell yeah. I'd say any recipie that is beyond what the profession trainer teaches can go on the list. Especially if the recipie sells on the AH for a lot or the enchant is just super rare.--Drain talk con 19:38, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
Banner
Do you guys think we should have a server banner? The name Frostmane is just inherently cool (pun?) but having a banner would be sweet I think. Maybe we can solicit people on the realm forums? Like a contest?--Drain talk con 23:20, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
First Alliance Draenei Shaman at 70
Maybe this be should be added?
Axe on Frostmane was the first 70 shaman. He transfered off the server though.
I noticed this when some other servers have first 70's for the server and shamans... maybe it should be put here too.
