This list is quickly becoming out of date. I'm posting on the Moonglade official forums to invite guilds to come update it. If guilds aren't actively updating this then I'd say there's a strong case for just removing their entry.

Ta Eulyss. I'll begin the lumberjackery this weekend. I'll look up the guilds in armoury, and if the GM hasn't been online in two months then I'll remove the guild from the list.
