Shadow Guard is a quest reward from the quest  [60] The Shadow Guard which starts with  Mataus the Wrathcaster <The Scarlet Crusade> at Light's Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Mataus the Wrathcaster:

• 10  [Insignia of the Crusade]
• 30

• Insignias of the Crusade can be obtained by turning:
  • 30  [Bone Fragments] to  Rohan the Assassin <The Scarlet Crusade>
  • 30  [Crypt Fiend Parts] to  Huntsman Leopold <The Scarlet Crusade>
  • 30  [Savage Fronds] to  Rayne <Cenarion Circle>
  • Various crafted items from Craftsman's Writs to  Dispatch Commander Metz <The Argent Dawn>
• Cannot be attached to another player's armor through the trade window.
• First time completion of this quest returns 1000 Argent Dawn reputation.
