Shadow Priestess Vandis is a level 60 quest giver located at the Bulwark in the Forsaken starting zone of Tirisfal Glades.
She is High Executor Derrington's second-in-command, and has been put in charge of countering the Scourge cauldrons that have been placed in the Plaguelands.
She starts the following quests:

Patch changes
- Patch 1.6.0 (12-Jul-2005): Shadow Priestess Vandis at the Bulwark should now properly buff players who complete any step of the "Return to the Bulwark" quest in Western Plaguelands.
