The Shadow Vault

The Shadow Vault is a neutral quest hub in Icecrown for the Knights of the Ebon Blade once taken. This town is taken over through the new phasing system where players do a quest line (available starting at level 77 with Cold Weather Flying) to take the Shadow Vault from the Scourge. may also use the . It has a flightpath, innkeeper, trade vendors and all the amenities one would expect of a town -- in addition to Runeforges for Death Knights and the Ebon Blade quartermaster.

Prior to the completion of this quest, the Shadow Vault is controlled by the Scourge, and these NPC's cannot be seen.
