Notes
- Patch 2.1.0 (2007-05-22): Shadow damage increase per application lowered to 2%, to a maximum of 10%.
- Was 3%, to a maximum of 15%.
- Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Changed to a self-buff for the caster. Lowered to 3 ranks.
- Shadow Weaving is one of the most important talents for Shadow Priests. The 10% damage increase means that a SP can add more than 100 damage per Mind Blast at the highest level, more DPS for one's Shadow Word: Pain, more damage for one's Vampiric Embrace... outright increasing their effectiveness tenfold.
