Shadumbra is a level 28 cat that roams the forests of Ashenvale. You can normally find her going back and forth between the west side of Raynewood Retreat and a clearing further west [52, 55] . Shadumbra is friendly to the Alliance, and hostile to the Horde.
Killing her is one of the objects of The Ashenvale Hunt. Once you defeat her and take her head, you can turn it in to Senani Thunderheart at Splintertree Post.
Like Ursangous, she cannot be tamed by hunters.
