Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Brought several simplifying changes to rogue items. 

• Pick Lock and Disarm Trap no longer require Thieves' Tools.
• Vanish no longer requires the reagent Flash Powder.
• Poisons are now directly vended, rogues no longer need to buy ingredients.
