Shimmering Wyrmling is sold by the Argent Tournament vendor 
Hiren Loresong <Silver Covenant Quartermaster> for Alliance players, or 
Vasarin Redmorn <Sunreaver Quartermaster> for Horde players, in Icecrown for 40 .
Notes
- This companion can only be purchased by a player who has earned the achievement
A Silver Confidant (Alliance) or The Sunreavers (Horde).
- It is not Bind on Pickup and can therefore be traded with other players including those of the opposing faction.
