This item can be looted from most level 20-72 amphibious humanoid monsters (especially fish-like ones such as murloc, naga, makrura, but also from crabs), and can be skinned from frenzy fish bodies.
Use
This item is used as a reagent for the Shaman spell Water Breathing, which allows the target to breathe underwater for 10 min.
