Shredding Attacks is a talent in the Feral tree, you will need to spend 17 points in Feral to max it.

Notes

Very critical talent for a raiding or PVP Cat druid, as this dramatically decreases the amount of Energy Shred uses. This can be passed for Bear druids who will spend little time DPSing, but still probably recommended if you will spend any significant time in Cat Form.
