Overview
Silence is a temporary debuff that can be acquired from the Shadow talent tree.
Functionality
Silence the target, preventing them from casting spells for 5 seconds. In PvP against casters, this can simply disable them for 5 secs. In PvE, it IS NOT worthless. In fact, there are many caster-type mobs and they can be annoying since they can't be pulled like normal mobs. OR, it can stop a mob's healing which is sometimes very useful.
