Background
This is a type of silithid found around their hive (cave) in Thousand Needles's Shimmering Flats. Other hives can be found in Feralas, Tanaris, Un'Goro Crater, and Silithus. For more information about the silithid, see the main article: Silithid.
Strategies
If close to other mobs and low on health, these have been known to cause other mobs to aggro. The other problem with them is that they are only found inside the hive/cave, where Silithid Hive Drones are plentiful and dangerous. Sometimes there will only be a few of them in there, kill some drones and more invaders will appear.
