This is a vendor recipe from Aldor and requires Honored reputation to purchase. Level 335 Tailoring is required to make it. The spellthread is not BoP and can therefore be traded. Character level 60 is required to apply the spellthread on leg armor.

Patches
Patch 3.0.2 changed this item from granting 46 healing and 16 spell damage to its current spell power bonus. It is now identical to the Scryer equivalent, Mystic Spellthread, save for the materials required.
