Caverns of Time

War of the Ancients is an upcoming raid in the Caverns of Time, planned to be released some time during World of Warcraft: Cataclysm as part of the progression on to the fight against Deathwing. It will feature a pre-Sundering Kalimdor, set over ten thousand years in the past, during the Burning Legion's first invasion of Azeroth.[1]

It is currently unknown if the instance will follow the events from Warcraft III's manual, the novel trilogy, or a new version.
