Sindragosa's Fall is the place where the Lich King raised Sindragosa, the queen of frost wyrms, as seen in the Wrath of the Lich King cinematic trailer. Quests involving the Frostbrood take place here. The area is crawling with Cult of the Damned acolytes and members who are raising up more frost wyrms for the Lich King's service.
