Once human subjects of Lordaeron the Skeletal Sorcerers (level 51-52) are one of the primary ranged casters for the Scourge. Utilizing frost based magic, they can be found at both Sorrow Hill and Felstone Field in the Western Plaguelands. In addition to their close proximity to the Alliance flight path in Chillwind Camp, they drop Minion Scourgestones and runecloth making them a popular quarry for both Alliance and Horde players. When engaged in combat, they are commonly encountered along with Skeletal Flayers and Slavering Ghouls.
