The Skyfury Helm is a quest reward from the shaman-only quest The Darkreaver Menace. It is earned by giving Sagorne Creststrider Darkreaver's Head.
Notes
There is no Alliance equivalent for the quest, so Draenei shamans can't get the helmet. This is likely due to the fact of the Draenei's only recently having arrived on Azeroth and have not yet realized this because they have their own problems to attend to first.
