Skyguard Khatie is a level 70 quest giver located at Skyguard Outpost in the contested territory of Blade's Edge Mountains.
She starts the following quests:

- [70] Wrangle More Aether Rays! (Daily)
Notes
In Patch 2.4, Khatie was given her own nether ray mount. This was probably because before, she was so small it was easy for players to completely cover her, especially those with large mounts such as Netherdrakes. This was especially annoying on PvP realms as it would usually end with a player of the opposite faction accidentally right clicking the person covering Khatie, therefore auto-attacking them and aggroing the guards.
