Notes
From discussion on Thottbot, it appears the buff lasts for 30 seconds. Another proc within this time frame will just refresh the 30 second timer. Also, the player must land the killing blow to allow the trinket to proc.
While this is a promising trinket for solo grinding, and potentially for post-70 levelling in Wrath of the Lich King, it is rarely useful for instancing or raiding as players will not get sequences of killing blows to trigger the trinket.
