Slavering Ghouls are hostile level 50 - 52 Ghouls found in the Western Plaguelands.

Once human subjects of Lordaeron, Slavering Ghouls are one of the basic footsoldiers of the Scourge. Located at both Sorrow Hill and Felstone Field, they are a popular quarry of both Alliance and Horde players. In addition to their close proximity to the Alliance flight path in Chillwind Camp, they drop Minion Scourgestones and runecloth which can be turned in for Argent Dawn or Alliance reputation respectively. When engaged in combat, they are commonly encountered along with Skeletal Flayers.

Attacks and abilities

• Basic Melee: 55 - 70
• Thrash: Gains 2 extra attacks
• Toxic Saliva: Inflicts 17 Nature damage to an enemy every 6 sec. Also drains 20 mana every 6 sec., transferring it to the caster. Lasts 2 min.
