Sludge-covered Object is dropped from Black Bloods of Draenor and Draenor Blood Terrors in the Netherwing Mines of Shadowmoon Valley. After achieving friendly reputation with Netherwing and completing the quest 
[70] The Netherwing Mines, Sludge-covered Objects have a substantial chance of containing the [Murkblood Escape Plans], which start the quest [70] The Great Murkblood Revolt.
