Sludge is an item of poor quality that exists purely for stacking sludge in your inventory, if you're into this.

It can be found in [Sludge-covered Objects], which are dropped from Black Bloods of Draenor and Draenor Blood Terrors in the Netherwing Mines of Shadowmoon Valley.
