The Small Yellow Rocket is similar to the Small Red Rocket, but cannot be crafted by Engineers. It can only be obtained during the Lunar Festival. It requires the presence of a [Firework Launcher] to be used.
Various quests during the Lunar Festival offer a [Lunar Festival Fireworks Pack]. Each of these packs contains several Small Yellow Rockets.
