Smelt Hardened Khorium is the ability to smelt  [Hardened Khorium] alloy bar from a mixture of 3  [Khorium Bars] and 1  [Hardened Adamantite Bar] (which in turn is made from 10  [Adamantite Bars]).

This item is smelted at a forge by Miners with a skill level of 375 who have learned this recipe from [Study of Advanced Smelting] (a rare zone drop in Sunwell Plateau).
