Smith Slagtree is a level 47 blacksmithing vendor located in Revantusk Village in the contested territory of the Hinterlands. He can be found working near the forge and anvil in the village. He sells all the standard blacksmithing supplies such as Strong Flux and can also provide repairs to adventurer's gear. He is currently (and most likely will remain) the only person who can repair in Revantusk Village.
He also gives the quest 
[48] Vilebranch Hooligans.
