Solo adventuring

Solo adventuring is usually meant to denote that the player is currently playing alone, without being a member of a Party. World of Warcraft is designed so that, more than most other MMORPGs, those players who do not have the time or inclination to play with others may still find the game enjoyable.
Most content is completely solo-able in WoW. The most notable exceptions are Instance Dungeons and quests marked as "Elite".
