Sons of Arugal are level 20 elite worgen mobs found in both Shadowfang Keep and Silverpine Forest.
They can be a frustrating surprise for low-level horde in Silverpine Forest.

Relatives
They are sons of Archmage Arugal, the former mage of Dalaran, who brought the worgen into Azeroth. He can be found in Shadowfang Keep and his shade is in Grizzly Hills.
