Book "Soothsaying for Dummies" is a fixed device, book located on a table inside Narain Soothfancy's house North of Steamwheedle Port in Tanaris.

Reading this book removes previous commitment to a discipline specialization in a profession that has been completely abandoned. This enables professionals to choose a different discipline specialization in a profession they had previously known.

The content on the pages of this tome appear to be in constant flux. You feel as if your thoughts are being bled from your mind and consumed by the book. (nothing happens)

Respecialization for Leatherworkers and Blacksmiths Edit

1. Talk to one of the specialization trainers about switching
2. Pay 100g to unlearn your current specialization
3. Go to and speak with Narain Soothfancy
4. Read the book to select a new specialization

Respecialization for Engineers Edit

1. Speak with Narain Soothfancy
2. Read this book
3. Pay 150 gold to unlearn current specialty
4. Read the book again to choose a new specialization

Respecialization for Tailors Edit

Tailors do not read this book to change specialization. Tailors can simply speak with their specialty trainer in the Lower City of Shattrath to unlearn their current specialty for 150 gold. Immediately after this, they can speak with any of the specialty trainers to learn a new specialty for 20 more gold. This book is not involved.
