Southridge Beach

Southridge Beach^{[69, 77]} is located in central Azshara, lining the west and south edge of the Bay of Storms. It was once heavily inhabited by the naga, but also supported makrura, hydras, murlocs, and the occasional sea giant. Countless ruins still dot the shallows, remnants of the once-great city of Eldarath.

This section concerns content exclusive to Cataclysm.

Due to the devastating effects of the Cataclysm, virtually the entirety of Southridge Beach was swallowed by the sea. The rest is buried by thick sands. Most of the mobs that once inhabited this area are now gone as the indigenous sea life has moved in to claim the waters. Naga structures, like the ruins that came before them, are completely immersed.
