Sparkling Hares sometimes spawn when Lafoo digs up treasure for the quest Gods like Shiny Things in Sholazar Basin.

Killing the hare gives the players a 1 minute buff, called The Blessing Of Sparkling Hare, that increases movement speed by 50%.
