This item drops from Loatheb and Gluth in the 10-man version of Naxxramas.

Notes

This item is used to purchase the Tier 7 shoulder pieces for Warriors, Hunters, and Shamans, from Griselda Hunderland (Warriors) or Bragund Brightlink (Hunters and Shamans) in Dalaran.

• The Warrior Tier 7 set is called Heroes' Dreadnaught Plate (Protection) or Heroes' Dreadnaught Battlegear (Arms/Fury).
• The Hunter Tier 7 set is called Heroes' Cryptstalker Battlegear.
• The Shaman Tier 7 set is called Heroes' Earthshatter Regalia (Restoration), Heroes' Earthshatter Battlegear (Enhancement), or Heroes' Earthshatter Garb (Elemental).
