This item drops from Loatheb and Gluth in the 10-man version of Naxxramas.

This item is used to purchase the Tier 7 shoulder pieces for Rogues, Death Knights, Mages, and Druids, from Valerie Langrom (Rogues/Druids), Griselda Hunderland (Death Knights), or Paldesse (Mages) in Dalaran.

• The Rogue Tier 7 set is called Heroes' Bonescythe Battlegear.
• The Death Knight Tier 7 set is called Heroes' Scourgeborne Battlegear (DPS) or Heroes' Scourgeborne Plate (Tank).
• The Mage Tier 7 set is called Heroes' Frostfire Regalia.
• The Druid Tier 7 set is called Heroes' Dreamwalker Garb (Balance), Heroes' Dreamwalker Battlegear (Feral Combat), or Heroes' Dreamwalker Regalia (Restoration).
